Return Policy

Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in original packaging.

• Final sale items cannot be returned
• Personalized items are non-returnable
• Swimwear and intimate apparel must have hygiene seals intact

How to Return

1. Log into your account and go to Order History
2. Select the item(s) you wish to return
3. Print the prepaid return label
4. Package the item securely and drop off at any shipping location

Exchanges

For exchanges, please place a new order for the desired item and return the original purchase. We'll process your refund once we receive the returned item.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to post the refund to your account.
